Aurenza Health
About Aurenza

Built for adults considering stem cell therapy who want the full picture.

Aurenza is a stem cell program built for adults living with chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, orthopedic limitations, and other long-standing health concerns. Your procedure takes place at our network of licensed clinical partner facilities in Mexico, and everything around it runs through us: coordinating the review of whether you are a candidate at all, documenting where your biologics come from, arranging your travel, and staying with you for twelve months afterward.

Regenerative medicine is serious. It is expensive. It involves travel, uncertainty, and hard decisions. Most people exploring it get handed a price and a date. We think you should be handed the reasoning.

Before You Ask

One program price. No consultation fee, no coordination fee, nothing added later.

Your consultation is free. If you move forward, you pay one price for your program, and that price covers everything: the review, the procedure, the coordination, the travel logistics, and twelve months of follow-up.

There is no separate Aurenza fee. There is no second invoice. There is no line item that appears after you have already committed. What you are quoted is what you pay.

Before that, one step comes first.

No program is quoted before your clinical picture is understood. That means bloodwork and a biomarker panel, which is the only thing you pay for ahead of your program. It is a fraction of the program cost, and it is the single most important part of the review, because it is what informs whether you are a candidate at all.

Two things worth knowing about it. First, it credits toward your program if you move forward. Second, the results are yours regardless. If the review does not support moving ahead, or you decide against it, you keep a documented baseline of your own health that you can take to any physician, use with another provider, or simply have for yourself. You are not buying a sales presentation. You are buying data you own.

That is the whole difference. Your bloodwork and biomarkers are reviewed before anything is recommended. The source, handling, and verified cell count are documented rather than assumed. You find out why a specific protocol was selected for your case, not just that it was. And if the clinical picture does not support moving ahead, you are told that.

What your program price includes:

  • Bloodwork and biomarker review before anything is recommended
  • Source, handling, and verified cell count documented
  • A protocol you understand the reasoning behind
  • Travel and logistics coordinated end to end
  • Twelve months of follow-up after you are home
  • An honest no when the review does not support moving ahead

Anywhere that sells a procedure is also the party deciding whether you need it. Those are two jobs and one incentive. Aurenza's review sits outside that, which is exactly why it means something.

Our Mission

"Aurenza exists so that no one walks into a stem cell procedure without knowing what they are receiving, where it came from, why it was selected, and what happens after."

The goal is not to make stem cell therapy sound simple. The goal is to make the decision an informed one.

What Aurenza Is

A US-based stem cell program that runs from your first conversation through a full year of follow-up.

Your history and bloodwork are reviewed to assess whether you are a candidate. Your procedure takes place at licensed clinical partner facilities in Mexico selected for complex cases. We document the source, handling, and verified cell count of the biologics involved, and we explain why a specific protocol was selected for you. We coordinate your travel. Then we stay, with quarterly check-ins across twelve months.

Our clinical partners deliver the procedure. Aurenza makes sure the review happens first, and that it happens in the open.

What Aurenza Is Not

Aurenza is not emergency care, and we do not replace the doctors you already see.

We do not promise you will qualify, and we do not guarantee outcomes. No one honestly can.

This is not built for someone who wants a fast procedure with no questions asked. It is built for someone willing to have a serious conversation and accept that the answer may be no.

Our Standards

What we pay attention to.

Five standards that shape every consultation, every record review, and every decision about whether a case moves forward.

  1. 01

    Patient-First Accountability

Every case is reviewed with your interest first, including the willingness to delay, decline, or ask for more information. We turn people away when the clinical picture does not support moving ahead.

  2. 02

    Source and Cell Count Documentation

You should know where your biologics came from, how they were handled, and the verified cell count in your protocol. Not a number you are asked to take on faith.

  3. 03

    Clinical Rationale

A protocol should have a reason. You should understand why this specific approach is being discussed for your case, and what information supports it.

  4. 04

    Human Continuity

No being passed between disconnected people. One coordinated team, clear communication, and handoffs that actually hand off.

  5. 05

    Follow-Up

A procedure without follow-up leaves too much unanswered. Twelve months, quarterly check-ins, explained before you commit to anything.
