ARZ Priming Protocol

The ARZ Priming Protocol is the preparation phase of your program. It is a personalized protocol that addresses inflammation, metabolic imbalances, and underlying conditions before any stem cell administration begins.

Most programs skip this phase entirely. That is the difference between administering therapy and preparing for it.

The premise: cells respond to the environment they enter

This is the scientific rationale the entire phase rests on.

In cell biology, the niche describes the local environment surrounding a cell, and it is well established that the niche shapes cell behavior. The same cell type behaves differently depending on the inflammatory state, oxygen availability, metabolic conditions, and signaling environment around it.

Applied here, the implication is direct. The state of the recipient environment is part of the system, not background. Administered cells encounter whatever conditions exist in the tissue they are placed into, and those conditions influence how they behave.

That is why a program that treats administration as the whole event is describing only part of the work. Aurenza does not administer stem cells into an unprepared system.

What the protocol targets

Three areas, in order of how often they matter.

Inflammation. Chronic systemic inflammation alters signaling environments throughout the body. Where your panel shows elevated inflammatory markers, reducing that burden before administration is a stated objective of the phase.

Metabolic function. Metabolic dysregulation affects cellular energy availability, and your panel returns markers across metabolic and mitochondrial function. Where those readings indicate a problem, the protocol targets it.

Underlying conditions. Some findings in a baseline panel are not about preparation at all. They are things that should be addressed on their own terms, and occasionally they are the reason a case does not proceed.

03

How yours is built

Your priming protocol is not standardized. It is built directly from your baseline results, the more than 180 biomarkers reviewed during your Signature Lab Test, with focus on inflammation, metabolic signals, and the conditions that affect how your body will respond.

Two patients on the same program can receive entirely different priming protocols, because the protocol follows the data rather than a template. The Pre-Therapy Micronutrient IV is formulated from the same readout and sequenced alongside it.

Specialized interventions, including a cortisol lowering program available in select locations, may be incorporated based on what your data shows.

04

Why the duration varies

The protocol runs anywhere from two weeks to three months, depending on what your biology requires.

A patient whose panel is broadly unremarkable may need a short preparation. A patient with significant inflammatory or metabolic findings may need considerably longer, and compressing that timeline would defeat the purpose of the phase.

The duration is case dependent, not set arbitrarily and not set by scheduling convenience. If your preparation needs three months, your clinical days are scheduled after three months.

What this phase asks of you

Preparation is the part of the program where your participation matters most directly.

Depending on your protocol, it may involve supplementation, dietary adjustment, medication review with your existing providers, activity guidance, or specific interventions targeted at what your panel showed. Your care consultant coordinates this phase with you and keeps the sequence on track ahead of your clinical days.

It is also the phase where new information can emerge. Occasionally preparation surfaces something that changes the plan, and that is the system working rather than failing.

An honest note

There are no guarantees in stem cell therapy. Preparation does not change that.

What it does is give the therapy its strongest possible starting point, which is a defensible and deliberate aim rather than a promise of results. Nothing in this phase treats, cures, or reverses any condition, and no amount of preparation makes an outcome predictable.
