What we commit to is that you see the source, the handling, and the verification for what is actually administered to you, before you travel.

What type of cells are used, and are they mine or a donor's?

That is a clinical decision, not a catalog choice. The cell type is selected by the licensed physician at the partner facility based on your bloodwork, your records, and the conditions identified in your review. Depending on the protocol, that may be donor-derived material or, in some cases, your own. You are told which applies to you and why it was selected, before anything is scheduled.

What is the verified cell count in my protocol?

Your protocol does not exist until your case has been reviewed, so there is no honest number to quote in advance. Once your protocol is built, the cell count for it is verified, documented, and provided to you. A provider who quotes a cell count before reviewing your case is quoting a product rather than building a protocol.

What is the viability of the cells at the time of administration?

Viability is measured and documented for the specific material prepared for your protocol, and the figure is provided on request. It cannot be stated in advance, because it applies to a specific lot for a specific plan. That plan is built in the early stages of the program, after your review is complete.

Can I see a Certificate of Analysis for my specific lot?

Yes. The Certificate of Analysis is provided on request, and it carries a lot number that matches the material used in your procedure. That match is the entire point of the document.

How are the cells stored and transported?

Handling and cold-chain requirements differ by cell type, so this depends on what your protocol calls for. Once your protocol is set, the storage and transport standards that apply to your material are explained to you, and the supporting documentation is available on request.

Who manufactures or processes the biologics?

That depends on which biologic your protocol calls for. The processing facility and its certifications are identified to you for the material actually used in your case, provided on request rather than published as a general claim.

Where exactly are the facilities located?

Tijuana, Baja California and Tulum, Quintana Roo. Which one applies to you depends on your protocol, physician availability, the complexity of your case, and what you can realistically travel for. Your care consultant makes that recommendation after your review rather than leaving it to a booking page.

Are the facilities licensed, and by whom?

By COFEPRIS, Mexico's federal health authority. A COFEPRIS license is specific to one facility, at one address, under one name, and covers the equipment, the procedures, and the physician's training. Licensing is verified before a facility enters the network, and you can request the licensing details for the facility your case is routed to.

Who performs the procedure, and what are their credentials?

A physician licensed in Mexico at the partner facility. You are told who will perform your procedure, and their credentials, before you travel rather than on the day.

How do you vet the facilities you work with?

Licensing verified directly with COFEPRIS, physician credentials, sourcing and handling standards, and the facility's willingness to document what it uses. That last one filters more than people expect. A facility unwilling to produce a Certificate of Analysis does not stay in the network.

Can I choose which facility I go to?

You have options across the network and your preference matters. What constrains it is clinical: your protocol, physician availability for it, and the complexity of your case. Your care consultant explains which options genuinely apply to you rather than handing you a menu.

What happens if there is a complication while I am there?

You are in a licensed facility with clinical staff present and, where the procedure calls for it, an anesthesiologist. COFEPRIS licensing requires a facility to demonstrate the means to treat a complication before it can operate at all. Your care consultant walks you through the specific protocol for your location before you travel.

Your first conversation is with a care consultant, many of whom are registered nurses. They review your primary health concern, your history, previous treatments, and available records, explain how the evaluation works, and identify what information is still needed. It is a fit review, not a diagnosis or medical advice.

What does the bloodwork and biomarker panel include?

Your candidacy is determined through a review of your current bloodwork and medical records. We review as many records as you can provide, because the more complete the picture, the more personalized your care plan can be. The biomarker panel serves a different purpose. Through TruDiagnostic, we measure 180 epigenetic biomarkers that establish your baseline and inform the long-term direction of your plan, including where your health coaching program focuses after your therapy.

The panel is quoted to you directly during your consultation, before you commit to anything. It credits toward your program if you move forward, and the results are yours either way.

It depends on how complete your records are. The more you can provide up front, the faster and more accurate the review. Your care consultant gives you a realistic timeline for your specific case on the first call rather than a generic one.

You are told directly, and the reasoning is explained. That happens more often than most people expect, and it is the part of the model we are least willing to compromise. You keep any baseline results you have paid for, and you can take them to any physician or use them with another provider.

Aurenza maintains a panel of physicians that consults on every case. When your case calls for specific expertise, specialists on the panel are part of the review, so the assessment reflects the clinical depth your situation requires.

Do I need imaging or records before I start?

You do not need every record before the first call, but the review is stronger with more accurate information. Helpful items include a diagnosis list, medication list, recent labs, imaging reports, surgical and procedure history, and specialist notes.

You are quoted after your review, not before. Your protocol depends on what the review finds, and the cost depends on the protocol, so any number quoted in advance would be a guess dressed up as an answer. What we commit to is that the quote is complete: one price, no separate coordination fee, and nothing added after you commit.

No coordination fee and no second invoice. What you are quoted for your program is what you pay. Travel and lodging arrangements are confirmed with you separately so you know exactly what is and is not included before you commit to anything.

Aurenza coordinates your ground transfer and the timing around your clinical days. You book your own flights, and your care consultant tells you which airport to route into and when you need to arrive.

Yes. For Tijuana, a coordinated cross-border drive from San Diego. For Tulum, a coordinated drive from Tulum or Cancun international airport. The route is familiar to the partner facility's own drivers rather than improvised.

Yes. You are traveling internationally and returning to the United States, which requires a valid passport. Your care consultant confirms the current documentation requirements for your specific route before you book.

The procedure takes place in Mexico, performed by physicians licensed there, under Mexican law and the oversight of Mexican health authorities. FDA approval governs marketing and approval of products in the United States. It is a separate regulatory question from whether care is lawfully delivered in another country under that country's own authority.

With limited exceptions for certain cord-blood-derived products approved for blood-production disorders, the applications discussed are not FDA approved for these uses, and some may be investigational. That is stated plainly rather than worked around, and it is part of what you should weigh in your decision.

Every procedure carries risk. Common risks include pain, swelling, bruising, and infection at the site. Donor material carries risk of immune reaction and, rarely, transmissible infection despite screening. Serious complications including severe allergic reaction and, very rarely, life-threatening events are possible with any procedure. The FDA has warned that unapproved cell and tissue products may not have been reviewed for safety, purity, or potency. Your treating physician reviews the risks specific to your case before anything begins.

Because both readings come from the same markers, they are compared in consistent terms rather than by impression. You can. The difference is that a facility selling a procedure is also the party deciding whether you need it. Aurenza's review sits outside that. Your bloodwork and biomarkers are reviewed before anything is recommended, sourcing and cell count are documented rather than assumed, and you are told no when the clinical picture does not support moving ahead.

You pay one program price. There is no separate Aurenza fee layered on top of it, and no invoice that appears after you commit. What you would pay approaching a facility on your own is what you pay coming through Aurenza.
