The Hard Questions

The questions most clinics avoid. Ours are answered here.

01 — Biologics & sourcing

Biologics & Sourcing

Source documentation for the specific material used in your protocol is provided to you directly, and you can request it at any point in the process. We do not publish a single blanket answer here because the biologic depends on what your case calls for, and naming one source would misrepresent the others. What we commit to is that you see the source, the handling, and the verification for what is actually administered to you, before you travel.

02 — The clinical partner facilities

The Clinical Partner Facilities

Tijuana, Baja California and Tulum, Quintana Roo. Which one applies to you depends on your protocol, physician availability, the complexity of your case, and what you can realistically travel for. Your care consultant makes that recommendation after your review rather than leaving it to a booking page.

03 — Review & candidacy

Review & Candidacy

Your first conversation is with a care consultant, many of whom are registered nurses. They review your primary health concern, your history, previous treatments, and available records, explain how the evaluation works, and identify what information is still needed. It is a fit review, not a diagnosis or medical advice.

04 — Cost & payment

Cost & Payment

You are quoted after your review, not before. Your protocol depends on what the review finds, and the cost depends on the protocol, so any number quoted in advance would be a guess dressed up as an answer. What we commit to is that the quote is complete: one price, no separate coordination fee, and nothing added after you commit.

05 — Travel & logistics

Travel & Logistics

For Tijuana, typically one to two nights. For Tulum, typically one to four nights, since that location suits a longer recovery window. Your exact stay depends on your protocol and is confirmed before you book travel.

07 — Follow-up

Follow-Up

Quarterly check-ins across twelve months, guidance around imaging and blood work when appropriate, and ongoing interpretation of how your markers compare to your baseline. Where applicable, that extends to health coaching, physical therapy programming, and dietary guidance shaped by your specific readout rather than general advice.
