The Regenerative Longevity Retreat
A week of cellular therapy, metabolic reset, and nervous-system work in one place — done alongside a dozen other people doing the same thing. A care consultant beside you the whole way, and a full year of follow-up after you fly home.
Free consultation with a care consultant, many of our care consultants are registered nurses. No sales reps. No receptionist.

- Twelve months
Nobody does this week alone.
Twelve to fifteen people arrive on the same day and leave on the same day. You eat at the same table twice a day, sit in the same morning meditation, share the same hydro circuit, and lie on the floor of the same sound bath. By day three the small talk is gone.
That is not a scheduling accident. Most people arriving here have spent years managing something largely on their own — explaining it, minimizing it, being told it is age. In this group they do not have to explain anything. Someone across the table is carrying a version of it.
Social connection moves the same markers the infusions do: cortisol, inflammatory signalling, sleep, adherence. Isolation is a clinical variable. We treat it as one — and members leave with a group text thread that outlasts the week.

One week, three things happening at once.
Most people receive cellular therapy as a single appointment: an infusion, a handshake, a flight home. The biology does not work that way. Cells land in whatever environment your body happens to be in that week — inflamed or calm, depleted or resourced, braced or settled.
The retreat exists to control that environment. A week in one place, with the metabolic and nervous-system work sequenced around the infusion rather than left to chance — and a small group going through it with you, which turns out to matter more than most clinics admit.
The Cellular Intervention
A MUSE or MSC intravenous infusion, plus up to two image-guided local injections — a joint, a tendon, or the face and skin, depending on what your protocol targets. You will know which cell type was chosen and why, before anything is administered.
The Metabolic Reset
A full NAD+ detox protocol, glutathione IV, and personalised adjunctive treatments — timed so the terrain is prepared before the cells arrive, not afterward.
The Nervous-System Work
Daily meditation-of-self-healing training, medical hypnosis, photobiomodulation, PEMF, contrast hydrotherapy and breathwork, sound baths. Chronic sympathetic load raises cortisol and inflammatory signalling. Lowering it is part of the protocol, not a courtesy.

Who this week is built for.
Candidacy is decided in a clinical review before you are offered a place — imaging, labs, medication list, and what you are actually trying to change. Some people are better served by a single procedure closer to home, and we will tell you so.
This is likely a fit
- You have degenerative joint pain, tendon damage, or an orthopedic problem that has plateaued with conventional care.
- You are working on systemic recovery — energy, inflammation, metabolic markers — and want a structured intervention rather than a supplement stack.
- You can clear a full week and travel internationally without medical restriction.
- You are open to doing this in a small group — shared meals, shared practice — and you intend to stay engaged through the twelve months that follow.
We will steer you elsewhere
- Active malignancy, uncontrolled infection, or an unstable cardiac or autoimmune picture.
- A problem that needs surgical correction. Spinal injection is available, but as a more personalized program priced separately — not inside the retreat week.
- An expectation of a guaranteed outcome. Cellular therapy has a recovery arc and a range of responses; we track yours rather than promise it.
- A preference for total privacy. The week is deliberately communal; if you want a solo protocol, we will build one instead.

Four phases, in this order, for a reason.
Nothing is administered until the assessment is read back to you. Nothing is administered on a day when the preceding step has not settled.
Assessment and image-guided mapping
Physician examination, diagnostic ultrasound of the target structures, and a review of the labs and imaging you arrived with. The ultrasound screen faces you: you see the tendon or joint under discussion while the decision is being made about it.
- —Cell type and dose confirmed and explained
- —Injection sites marked, or ruled out
- —Baseline markers recorded for the twelve-month comparison

Seven parts to the week, in this order.
Deliberately not a fixed hour-by-hour schedule. The sequence below is what the week is built from; where each piece falls depends on your protocol, how you respond, and what the cohort needs — and your care consultant sets the plan with you the evening before.
A private transfer from Cancún or Tulum international, and someone who already knows your case waiting at the other end. The first evening is intake and orientation — history, medications, what you are actually trying to change — unhurried, and with the whole cohort arriving the same day.

One fee. Nothing itemised at the end of the week.
The program fee is quoted at consultation, once the clinical review tells us what your protocol actually requires. Cohorts run at twelve to fifteen members — small enough that the schedule can move around any one of them.
International airfare, accommodation upgrades, spinal injection (a separate personalized protocol), and follow-up reimaging or bloodwork ordered during the twelve-month program.

Low-inflammatory, prepared on site, adjusted for restrictions and for what your protocol calls for.
Daily self-heal training
Quantum meditation and self-healing practice, taught to be continued at home.
Two beach days
Open days with transport arranged, placed where the recovery arc wants them.
Every therapy on the protocol

The week is the intervention. The year is the program.
Cellular therapy has a recovery arc. The clinical picture at six months looks different than it does at thirty days. Every program is followed for a full year — quarterly clinician review of your progress and trajectory, with reimaging and bloodwork review available at additional cost.
We would rather know how your body responded than assume it went well. If something shifts, in either direction, you will be the first to know and the first to understand why.

A clinic, in a place built for recovery.
Low stimulation is a clinical decision, not an amenity. Cortisol and inflammatory load affect how the week goes — the grounds are quiet for the same reason the schedule has gaps in it.

A clinical review comes before anything else.
Send your imaging, recent labs, and what you are trying to change. A physician reviews it, and you get a straight answer about whether this program is the right instrument for your case — and what it would cost for you specifically.
